Spicy Roast Chicken – Recipe
Do you like spicy food? Then try this .. homemade spicy roast chicken. it tastes delicious and healthy.
Spicy roast chicken
2 Tbsp soya sauce ( I use sweet soya sauce )
2 Tbsp self-made mix powder
2 lemongrass (halve the lemongrass and then mash it lightly).
2 tbsp olive / vegetable oil
– Blackpapper, coriander, chili flakes, garlic, salz.
below, that’s how I season the chicken.
- Cut the chicken into four parts / two and wash thoroughly. Put the dried spices with soy sauce, oliveoil and lemongrass in a bowl and stir with a spoon. Then let it stand for five minutes. Brush the chicken with spices until it is evenly distributed. Place in a plastic bag and wrap it. Then put in the refrigerator for five hours.
- Warm the oven to 230* for 15 minutes before baking. Place the marinated chicken on the backplate in to oven and best way in the middle position. Bake for about 30 minutes until it is nice and brown. After that reduce the temperature to 180* and bake for another 10 minutes until it is aromatic. Now it’s ready to eat and steamed vegetables and rice go well with it.
